The User Control Panel for controlling distribution of custom ASCIL studies has a line called "Service Level", but none of the documentation re: IsUserAllowedForSCDLLName mentions how to utilize that. The sample in the documentation shows the test for being authorized as simply a test for true or false. The signature of IsUserAllowedForSCDLLName has a return value of int. Am I correct in interpreting that to mean that the value of a service level set on the control panel would be the return value of the call to IsUserAllowedForSCDLLName? If not, would appreciate some guidance in its correct usage (and update to the documentation either way). Thanks!
