You appear not to have understood. The data download DID complete. And when it had finished, there was only a few hours of data on the page. Less than one day. On all charts. I did 'delete and download' several times, maybe five times. Every time, the same result. No matter how long I waited. On one occasion I did the download, then went to a meeting and a lunch. When I came back, there was only a few hours of data. The download DID complete. |
