Trying to set this up yesterday, had several alerts trigger but not getting the email or SMS message.
Reviewed other SMS related support requests and double checked everything.
Verified both cell# and email are correct and the same on my Sierra Chart account, and on the alert itself (Alerts/General 3 tab).
SMS number format +1-area-code number.

Account has enough funding for additional services and the .05 was billed, so probably something I'm looking right at on my end and not seeing it, or a gateway but tried everything here.
