Hi, Yep my number is [Number removed for privacy]. My issues started on the 16th January. This was when you had that message telling us that your 32 bit version will no longer be operational. I am on version 1967. Just to add to the info of the problem: I have IQFeed data feed using it on Sierra Chart, and my feed keeps dropping. It's not my internet connection as I have run a ping test side by side with their utility tool, and when their feed drops my internet is stable. I am also having an issue with Sierra whereby I can't update to the latest version, could this affect the feed? My last resort is uninstalling everything and starting from scratch.
