We want you to enable this option:
General Settings Window: Save Message Log to File (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Log >> Log)

When you have the problem, we need to get the most recent Message Log file which will be in the Logs subfolder in the Sierra Chart installation folder. Attach that file here.
