Your account is enabled for the Sierra Chart data feed and the market data feed agreement is approved.

Not sure why you did not get the email. Probably it got filtered by a junk mail filter.

The data feed provides real-time CME futures with an exchange fee waiver which requires a connection to a live trading account. Do you have a problem connecting to your Interactive Brokers live account?
