In your manual is stated:
When the market data feed agreement is approved and you have enabled the market data feed on your account, then you are ready to receive the data feed. You will get a notification email. At this time, restart Sierra Chart if it is already running. If you do not receive the notification email within 24 hours, please start an Account Support Ticket about this.

I have checked my emailbox and i have not received the notification email.
I tried install sierra in another my computer and i have the same problem.
