To receive the real-time data from the Sierra Chart Real-time Futures Data Feed, you need to be connected to a live trading account. This is the problem:

Connected to IB Demo or Simulated account. | 2013-12-30 23:40:25

Do you have a live account with Interactive Brokers or another broker? If not, please cancel the real-time data feed so you are not billed next month for it.
