If you look at the log it says trading account required. so when I run a backtest it freezes. These two are unrelated. When running a back test do not use the mode to calculate at every tick:https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ReplayChart.html#ReplayMode And for now just start off with Standard Replay. Let us know if you are still having a problem with the historical data downloading.
