The function keys (F4-F9) periodically stop working. If I select an item from the menu, such as Chart \| Chart Settings, then they all start working again. But only for a short while, and then they stop working again. I've tried Global Settings \| Customize Keyboard Shortcuts \| Clear All Shortcuts, and then Set All to Defaults, but this did not resolve the issue. I'm on version 2028, but this has been going on for several months now, over a number of versions.
