The problem seems to have something to do with updating when SC is currently open (either from the interface using Help > Download Pre-Release or the installer). When SC is open, it errors out when trying to move files during the installation(Windows Error 32 cannot move file because it is being used by another process). Don't recall having this issue at any time in the past when updating while SC was open. Regardless, when you close SC and use the installer to update, everything installs correctly. Thanks.
