I am practicing simulated trading with SC data. I have two questions: In the trade window on the Main tab I have Time in Force as Good till Canceled. Trading on the chart, when I click on Buy Market the confirmation says Time in Force: Day. Stops and Limit orders say Good till Cancelled. Is this how it's supposed to be? When I have an open position with a pending stop order and a pending limit order, when one of those orders is executed the other pending order does not cancel. Shouldn't it cancel automatically? I have read through the documentation but cannot find what I'm doing wrong. I'm using Market orders to open positions and not using any attached orders. Thanks.
