Hi, I am wondering if someone can help me look into an issue with futures data for my account? There is currently no real-time futures data although all CFD tickers are working fine. Looked into my control board and seems like all the right services are activated. I've also tried DIS/CONTINUE connection a few times but nothing happened. Thank you very much. Best Regards, Elaine |
