Try this Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values Scroll the chart so that the area before the data errors or missing data is visible. Right-click with your Pointer on the chart before the data errors or missing data. Select Delete and Download Data on the menu. Press Yes to confirm. The historical data will be downloaded. When the download is complete, the chart will be reloaded.
