Possibly, but we are not certain about this due to some new DLL files that we are linking with. If you are concerned about using newer versions of Windows ( And probably for good reason) you might want to consider using Linux and wine. We are going to be working on modifying Sierra Chart to work directly on Linux and Mac OS X during 2014. Although for now you can use Wine as a compatibility layer. With all of the NSA revelations, there is no doubt that the Windows operating system is not safe. Probably the NSA has access to every computer running Windows. Although we have to wonder, even if the OS that a computer is running is safe, what kind of hardware backdoors exist on computers.
