Yes, I opened with just one chart with no studies, and the same problem happened. I also opened Sierra Chart on my desktop with NO charts open, and the same problem happened. To see if I could isolate it as a problem with something to do with my desktop, I copied the full SierraChart subdirectory from my desktop (where the issue was first encountered) to a laptop, using the steps in "Simple Transfer/Copy of Sierra Chart Installation to Another Folder or Computer System". And I had the same issue on the laptop as I had on my desktop. I was going to rollback the version on my laptop to version 2011 (I was not getting the memory leak problem at that point), using "Software Rollback Procedure" in the documentation, but I was given the following message in the log: Incorrect URL when getting files list to download. I am not sure if this needs to be done, but I thought it might tell us something.
