I just switched from CQG to SierraChart Denali TT-W (FIX) with CME data ONLY via AMP.

I followed the instructions on the SierraCharts website on how to set up Denali, but my setup instruction prompts read,


1) "Choose Service Package and Time Period for Usage Time, or "Disabled":
Not available for your account type, as it is associated with a reseller. For your account, Service Package activation and deactivation is controlled by a reseller for your account. Your current Service Package is 5 with an ending date of 2019-12-31."

2) "Denali Exchange Data Feed (Optional):

Sierra Chart version 1944 or higher required to use this data feed.

Before you can activate the Service, make sure that you have Completed the required agreements.

Exchange Agreements (required)
Your account is not authorized for updating the data feed service.
[Todo] Activate / Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges (required)"

Currently, I have my charts set to "SC Data- All Services" and I have a delayed data feed by 10 minutes.

What do I need to do to get my account working with live data? Is this an issue regarding AMP since they should be handling my CME data?
