We did correct the problem. It is now resolved. The problem relates to you having two real-time connections. It is an issue on the Barchart side, but it is an infrequent problem and once we are aware of it we simply just activate the exchanges on the additional connections.

There is no need to use IQ Feed. You are still far far better off using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and you are not going to have any issues. This is an isolated incident. It would be a mistake to go to IQ Feed. Trust us on this. We have a lot of experience. IQ Feed is not trouble-free.

You do need to reactivate the Sierra Chart exchange data feed on your account. Let us know if you need help with that. You can do this here:
