You could add commands to the context menu 'Chart Trade Menu' Global Settings Menu: Customize Chart Trade Menu (Global Settings menu) commands to add - 'Move Targets to Price' 'Move Attached Stops to Price' This does not achieve your exact requirement, but does enable you to move stops/targets to required level with 2 clicks in the DOM window (but not on the price scale).
