We have resolved this and we have sent the following message to Barchart in regards to this:
This problem is happening again yesterday and today. Please take care of this issue. We have some additional details. At this time, the data feed stopped providing any messages including heartbeats:

The data feed was lost. There was no activity for at least 10.0 minutes. | 2019-11-13 23:42:48.108
Connection to the external service has been lost. | 2019-11-13 23:42:48.108

After we reconnected, there were only 169 symbols on the feed and the new symbols were not delivered on the incremental feed. Please monitor for this. This is causing users trouble every morning now.
Until Barchart gets the issue resolved we have implemented a temporary patch.
