I just did a replay from 5am this morning, using Calculate At Every Tick/Trade, and sure enough as soon as the 5:00 am Renko brick closed (5am is my start time to allow trading), a trade suddenly appeared that opened and closed nearly simultaneously, 1 tick apart, towards the top of the bar.
