thank you. I am not concerned about the speed of loading etc as much as i was concerned about the speed odf the mouse reacting to clicks whereby when I upgraded to version 2007 64 , the mouse would take 3-3 secs to react to a click and 2-3 secs to act after clicking. Cust support service indicated it was a system issue whereby my chip would not handle the 64 bit operation of Version 2007 and said I could download a 2007 32 bit version. which I did. however with ver 2007 32 bit version my numbers bars study misbehaved in that the study would load the grid with all zeroes. Reverting back to my older Ver 1941 32 bit the study behaved well. meanwhile Cust support informed that my computer Celeron was old and that I needed to upgrade to at last a core 6 computer and that the 32 bit operation would not be supported much longer and that I need to upgrade asap. No mention was made about hard drive and SSd. That"s what prompted my question about the numbers study and whether the core 6 computer would resolve it. and now your mention that you cannot speak to the numbers study.
So I have two issues: the mouse slow down with Versions 2006 and 2007 64 bit, and the numbers bar study acting up with the 2006 and 2007 32 and 64 bits platforms. But not with the ver 1941 32 bits platform I was using before upgrading.. Hence my question regarding whether a 6 core chip would resolve the numbers study after going thro the 6 core upgrade , and my suspicion there might perhaps be something wrong with Ver 2006 and 2007 platforms. Hope this clarifies my dilemma. Assuming my system is at fault, would a core 6 resolve the mouse slowdown issue and the numbers bar study issue? Thank you.
