I'm switching from TradeStation to Sierra and the one thing that's driving me most crazy is that I can't get my Renko charts to match. TS has a "Renko+" option that is the only way you can get wicks, and allows for a custom offset. But try as I might I can't get this to match in SC. Can use ES with a 4 tick brick for testing. I've tried every combination of settings with all of the Renko brick types and I can't get bricks that are offset by 25% of their range (1 tick here), have wicks, and without creating some bricks that are greater than 8 ticks in size.
