Transact says: Up until now, Level 5 SC features (profile, numbers bars, etc.) were not blocked from use by Level 3 subscribers. Now they are. this was done by Sierra Chart not us. so an additional charge of $10/mo is necessary to activate level 5 through Transact...between slow data transfer with Transact websocket connection and now this, it has been quite frustrating for last few months |
