Chart slown down, i mean, candles has been drawn in slow motion when "information" like D. Trump Tweet etc. are occuring on market. Today it happened on "OPEC to consider deeper cuts at Dec meeting due to weak demand in 2020" - " its a Forex factory title of news"- 4:57 PM on CL market. This is not one time event. Today i personally see this on two different PC with Sierra from Transact . This type of behaviour happened on LIVE market environment and also on simulated environment. Last 5-6months it happened at least 5-6 times only on those "high volatility" news. Problem doesn't happen on scheduled economic data, i did not notice that. Please let me know if you need more details. It is very serious for me. Best Regards
