Ok, so it turns out that my problems were being caused by a non-Microsoft anti-virus program, even though the program was set with various exceptions relating to sierra chart. This only affected Win 10, my Win 7 installation with the same AV software has no problem. Performance in Win 10 now much better. Sorry for wasting time with problems relating to AV software. |
