Nothing has changed. The data is downloaded in a compressed format and Intraday data files are compressed. Are you noticing the Intraday data files on your system are not compressed?

Regarding the last post above, with compression, that 300 GB is going to be one third the size. It is very difficult to maintain synchronization of data between instances of Sierra Chart if they are sharing the same data folder, because they operate independently from each other. And there is the advantage that you can do things like using a different Intraday Data Storage Time Unit between instances. And also storage space these days, relative to what Sierra Chart requires, is very available and low cost. 100 GB is not a problem even for solid-state drives.
