Rithmic can always be used, but we just have to be honest with our users, that the connection is not maintained and we do hear about problems. If you want to use Top Step Trader you can use it with Rithmic. That will always be available. We will never withdraw support for Rithmic. We just do not want to formally refer users to Rithmic.
