I'm sure you are aware that you can just copy your "C\SierraChart\Data" folder over to your second PC. This folder has your chartbooks. The Sierra3.cfg file is under "C:\SierraChart\" and contains most thing, including how you configured your control bars ie. Unfortunately, you can't read it with a text editor.
