This is the latest message from fXCM. As my colleagues have mentioned in past email threads, as far as FXCM is concerned your spread should be and is 0.6 pips. If you are seeing something else in a third-party platform, you must contact the third party platform to inquire why that is so. As far as we are concerned there is no reason why your spreads would be different. Please send a support ticket to Sierra here and forward us the reply.
