Hi, I have been a client now for 6mos or so using your software only. I set up an acct with IB to receive my data, and I have executed my trades w Trading Tech through my clearing firm at the CME, Nirvana Tech Solutions, which is a subgroup of EDFMan. I am wanting to get rid of TT as it is $700 a month and your DOM is TT's so why not use you. I don't trade huge amounts so the 10 cents(5 each to you and TT) is fine. My clearing firm has tried to contact you to get all the details ironed out but with not much success so I am trying. It is important we sort this as there are potentially a lot of clients using your software for charting who would use it for execution. I am a member of the Pit who I know you have been in contact with about supplying software for new members. Ok so we need some questions answered before I and Nirvana can move forward with this. 1. Right now I have prepaid you for the software through Jan sometime. Will the cost I pay change, and will I just continue to deal directly with you. (I do not get billed directly now from TT, it goes through my account at Nirvana). I am hoping this stays the same. 2. Every month I pay $41 ish for my data feed. Nora, from Nirvana, has said there will be a charge of $20 to you for data? Why would there be this charge if I am paying you now 41, is this something extra? Please can you give us some definitive answers re charges and costs from your side that will be passed on to me(and or my clearer).
