Similar answer to what we said above: We are suspicious that the problem relates to spreadsheets or .NET and that will be solved in about 2 months. So longer-term we will have a solid solution assuming this is the source of the problem. Although, really we generally do not hear about issues with Spreadsheets or .NET.
