I have been in contact with Transact (support and through broker). Connection to Transact WS was never successful. Transact's final response was that if I was using a "stand alone" copy of SC (which I am) to contact SC directly as the problem was not on their side (Transact's side). According to that statement, TRANSACT WS will only work with a copy of SC installed along with their trading platform and launched by the trading platform. As there is NO resolution of the issue, could you please advise with is the latest version of SC that provides a connection to TRANSACT TRADING (NOT TRANSACT WS)?
