Hello, My question is about trading options with CQG data on Sierra Chart. I can gain access to the list of options for a specific symbol, but when I attempt to open a DOM or Chart for that option, I am presented with the message: “Symbol settings not found for current service”. Is this something that needs to be enabled on Sierra Chart’s end to access these options? Or could I be doing something wrong? I’ve followed your support guide on your website for this topic, but can’t seem to shake this error message. According to AMP, our live CQG account should be able to trade with these options. Thanks! |
