I have followed the troubleshooter at http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails3.html to no avail. My chart that I have been using for MtGox BTCUSD has not updated since 9:35 EST this morning. I attempted to delete history and redownload, which it did successfully but it only restored to 9:35 again. I then created a new chartbook using the data service Bitstamp, and this appeared in my message log: Real-time data for symbol BTCUSD is currently unavailable. \| 2013-12-11 15:35:43 I then tried to create a chartbook using the data service BTCe, and this appeared: HD Request # 12 - Error downloading historical Intraday data for BTCUSD. Historical data file not available for symbol. \| 2013-12-11 15:36:56 Next I tried BTC China, using the symbol BTCCNY. It updated, but only until 8:54 AM this morning.
