On one of our servers, there was a problem with one of the NYMEX data feed channels. It was resolved earlier today. If you see any issues, please let us know promptly. We were not receiving data on one of the channels that carries the CL data. We only had to reestablish the connection to it for the data to come in. We are implementing a solution to this to prevent it from happening again. The result of this, is that if you were looking at a market like the CL, the chart may not have been updated in real-time. Another problem is that there may have been missing historical Intraday data in your chart. If you are missing historical Intraday data in a chart, then go to Edit >> Delete All Data and Download for that chart. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
