At first I didn't know what the problem was but I kept getting Not Responding when I tried to connect to Rithmic (or if I first connected successfully to Rithmic and then tried to open a Chartbook. Maybe I used the wrong term by saying freezing but I then checked my charts and noticed that on some charts the settings for the number of days to load was quite excessive.
