Sorry for not replying earlier but I disconnected yesterday at 22:00 (CET) and didn't see the messages. I have done what you suggest in the last message: "One solution to the problem is to go to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. Locate the ZB symbol in the list and change the exchange at the end of the symbol to CME. Press OK." and now it works fine!. It was that easy. I think we made the problem more complicated than it really was. I think that when I performed the "Full Reset" in "Global Symbol Settings", as you suggested in the Technical Note for the latest release, that was changed and this was the source of the problem.
