This is hard to understand because these are very fine details and it is also hard to understand what the images showing in relation to what you are writing.

3. We think we understand what you are saying here. The coloring will be based upon the subgraph value at each column and there is a fill which goes from the prior column to the column being drawn and the coloring is based upon the subgraph value at the column being drawn.

The coloring will not be based upon whether the fill is predominantly within the positive area or not. It is based upon the subgraph value and we will not change that. That would be technically wrong based upon the logic used for coloring. If you are not happy with it, then set your own colors with the sc.Subgraph Data Color array. Do not rely upon us to do something which is not correct. There is not a bug here. You can disagree as much as you want, but we will not discuss this further and there shall be no changes with this.
