I have to use ZB-XXXXXX-CME in the chart. ZB-XXXXXX-CBOT does not work. This is what we are trying to help you with. And we need your Message Log. It most definitely should be working And if it does not work, we will make it work for you. We are more than capable of getting this working for you. Your dealing directly with the programmers here.
