From post #4: In this case you must enable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Use CME Gateway for CBOT Symbols. If you change this option then select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.
And make sure for the ZB symbol you use the CBOT exchange. If you still have difficulty we will have to use remote assistance to help with this. There should not be any problem with this.
