This is what I do: - I disable: "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Use CME Gateway for CBOT Symbols" - I Disconnect and Connect again after 5 seconds - I open a chart for ZB-201403-CBOT * The chart shows the data only from 9 am (CET) to the time I opened it and then it is frozen. If I disconnect and connect again then the data is refreshed in the Chart but it becomes frozen again. - I open a Trading DOM for ZB-201403-CBOT and I get a message in the DOM "Symbol is Unknown. Click for symbol information. I click there and I am redirected to "Supported Data and Trade Services" page in Sierrachart.com These are the log messages: Unsubscribed from market depth data for ZB-201403-CBOT | 2013-12-09 21:30:17 Requesting market data for ZB-201403-CBOT.
