We are doing our best to help you, but we need you to follow our instructions. We asked you to open a chart for ZB-201303-CBOT and if there is a problem provide the Message Log. You cannot use the CME extension for the ZB symbols any longer. You need to go through all of your charts and all of your Trade DOM windows for all of the CBOT markets and change all of them to use the CBOT exchange. They must all use the CBOT Exchange. Otherwise, you can have conflicts and is most likely the problem. After this you will need to reconnect to the data feed with File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect To Data Feed.
