In this case you must enable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Use CME Gateway for CBOT Symbols. If you change this option then select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed. Open a chart for ZB-201303-CBOT( you cannot use the CME exchange in the symbol any longer).
