Hello, I was directed by my broker (Joe Easton @ Cannon Trading) to reach out to you regarding the problem I'm having adding a custom study to the charts. I purchased an indicator from a third party and their tech support believes the reason it won't load is the "VC value level" is preventing the indicator from loading. Below is the email I sent my broker. Can you please assist. Hi Joe, I was directed to reach out to you by tech support from a company I purchased a study from. I'm getting an error message when I try to install the advanced study. He says the VC value levels file is the suspected problem. He tried remotely to delete the file but it could not be deleted. He also tried moving it but that was also unsuccessful. Can you direct me to who I might reach out to? Below is a screenshot of the error message. Please advise.
