I agree, it does not make sense. One more item. Each time this has happened I have had a stuck open position on my trade log. In order to make any sense of my position, I have gone into the Trade Activity Log - Trade Activity, and deleted the open fill. While this may not be a correct rendering of my P&L, I had no choice as I always had on open/un offset entry. Does this eliminate your ability to see what is going on? I assume it would. Shall I wait until it happens again to send you a log? Please let me know what I should do. Thank you |
