My situation: Using a brand new, clean-installed Windows 10 Home Laptop; Have a trading account with Infinity Futures, which uses Transact as their trading platform; Clean-installed Sierra Chart v1915, and could not connect to Transact; Installed Sierra Chart v1971, and could not connect to Transact WS. I have tried to follow the discussions regarding Transact on the Support Board, but frankly I do NOT understand what the current situation is. Does Sierra Chart no longer work with Transact? Thanks! ---Steve |
