Dear SC team, Further to a request to interconnect SC and an FXCM trading account you have given me instruction through the Account Support Ticket which I have followed. It does not work. Here are the two problems I have. 1- In "Data/Trade Service Settings", once I have selected "FXCMLiveTrading" and "FXCM LTD EURCFDREAL Server" which was given to me by FXCM (I have tried them all) and checked "allow support for SC Data Feeds" I do not get the data for the DAX Future contract. There is a error msg: "DownLoad failed" on the screen but not in the log message which looks fine. So I do not get access to SC real time data that I have subscribed and that I get if I go back to "SC Data - all services". 2- When I try to load CFD symbols for the GER30 (Dax index) I do not see the various options that are given to us by FXCM in terms of CFDs which are CFD contracts of various sizes (I mean the price per point can vary depeding upon the contract). There is one single GER30 contract in SC and FXCM offers 2 or 3 contracts when we use their platform. Thank you. Regards, Laurent
