Can you contact your Internet Service Provider and ask them why there is a connectivity issue to the following IP and port:
IP: 209.58.163.194
Port 443


We thought the Singapore server would help users in China but clearly it is not. So we would have to find another location. But we also are concerned about if we find a location that works, what kind of connectivity problem there is going to be between that server and the TT server.
