If I only need to subscribe CME, CBOT, NYMEX, and COMEX exchanges' historical and real-time data plus using number bars, do I only need to subscribe to all of the following? 1.Advanced 5 Package fee for $36 2.Real time connection fee for 20$ 3.Denali exchange fee for 20$ Do I need a validated broker's trading account in order to subscribe to Denali exchange fee?
